What age does my child need to be to attend the Kabin?

The Kabin cares for children from the ages of 4-11 years old,  of all cultures, backgrounds and both genders.

Where possible, children with special needs are offered care.

How much does it cost?

The costs below are per child, per session unless otherwise stated.

Term Time

Morning Session – £4.25

Afternoon Session – £6.95

School Holidays

Shoppers Special (3 hours) – £6.00

All day – £17.50

Half day – £11.50

(2 Children) All day – £32.00

(3 Children) All day – £47.50

Is The Kabin Ofsted registered?

Yes.  We are fully registered to care for children between the ages of 4-11.

What activities would my child be doing while at The Kabin?

The Kabin has a wide range of planned activities including day trips and have equipment for both indoor and outdoor play, which covers a wide range of learning, through role play, construction, board games, cooking and arts and crafts.

We are lucky to have three outdoor play areas situated around the kabin which offer a variety of phyiscal play with the use of bikes, scooters, climbing equipment, ball games and group activities. We encourage all the children to talk about different cultures and celebrate various religious festivals thoughout the year.

How is The Kabin staffed?

A team of 9 staff; 5 with a level 2 and 3 childcare qualifications, and the rest working towards these levels, work with the children.  All are First Aid Trained and have completed Safeguarding checks and Training.
